What is “great American Property Group”?
We are a real estate investment company that specializes in the acquisition of vacant land and various other types of real estate. Our mission is to relieve real estate owners from the burden of their unwanted property.
What will you do with my property? Are you going to simply hold the land, develop it or use it for some other purpose?
We are investors searching for land that meets our investment criteria. Our primary goal is to find a new owner for every property we purchase. Depending on the holding costs and potential uses of each property, we may decide to hold the real estate for long-term investment purposes or find a new owner within the fiscal year.
What kinds of properties is great American Property Group looking for?
We will consider properties of any size, in any condition, in any location. While vacant land has been our specialty since 2008, we aren’t limited to land! If you have a house, condo, apartment building, commercial or industrial property that you’d like to sell, submit it! We will make offers on anything that fits within our investment criteria.
How quickly can you evaluate my property and make me an offer?
All website submissions are monitored daily by our team. The more complete information you provide, the quicker you’ll be able to expect to hear from us. If you provide all the necessary information (and if your property fits within our investment criteria), you can expect an informal offer via email within 5 – 7 business days. Should you accept our email offer, it will be followed by an official purchase agreement shortly thereafter.
I submitted my offer a few weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything back – what’s the deal?
We carefully research and consider every single property that is submitted on our website. However, we aren’t able to buy everything.
If you haven’t heard anything back from us – it’s either because a) Your property doesn’t fit the profile of what we’re looking for, or b) We don’t have to funds available to make you a cash offer.
If you haven’t heard from us within 2 weeks of submitting your information, it’s safe to assume that your property isn’t what we’re able to buy at this time.
Is there a cost for your services?
Absolutely not. There is no cost or obligation to you in order to request an offer for your property.
What are the benefits of submitting my property information on this website?
There are far too many benefits to list, but here are just a few:

- Once you accept the terms of our contract, we can close within 30 days and you will receive cash at closing.

If I choose to sell, how much will I have to pay in closing costs?
Nothing! As an incentive for working with us, we are willing to pay for 100% of your closing costs on the transaction. When you sell a property, you are normally responsible for paying realtor commissions, title work, appraisal fees, property taxes, recording fees, etc… but if you work with us, we will cover ALL of these costs for you and put money in your pocket. This will save you thousands of dollars on selling your property.
